Oscar-winning filmmaker and author whose work and commentary explore fantasy, horror, and cinema.

Paramount Pictures has officially slated the release of its highly anticipated film, "Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow," for November 12, 2027. This cinematic endeavor is an adaptation of the immensely popular novel by Gabrielle Zevin, a book that has captivated millions of readers and achieved significant critical and commercial success.

Helming this project is Siân Heder, the acclaimed filmmaker behind "CODA." Heder will not only direct and produce the movie but also penned the screenplay, building upon earlier drafts by Mark Bomback and Gabrielle Zevin herself. The narrative unfolds as a contemporary romance, tracing the journey of two childhood friends who reconnect in adulthood to forge video games. Through their digital storytelling, they discover a profound intimacy that often eludes them in their real-world interactions. The film promises to delve into the intricate emotions of creative partnership, encompassing both the exhilaration of collaboration and the inevitable heartbreaks, all set against the vibrant backdrop of the burgeoning 1990s and 2000s video game industry.

Starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, the movie brings to life Zevin's 2022 novel, which has sold over four million copies and spent a remarkable year on the New York Times bestseller list. Zevin will also serve as an executive producer, ensuring the adaptation remains true to the spirit of her original work. Producing alongside her are Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, and Isaac Klausner from Temple Hill.

This adaptation of "Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow" presents a compelling exploration of human connection and creative expression, highlighting how shared passions can forge unbreakable bonds. The film is poised to resonate with audiences, offering a poignant and engaging story that celebrates the power of collaboration and the enduring impact of digital art on personal relationships. It's a reminder that even in the face of life's complexities, creativity and companionship can provide a unique form of solace and understanding, ultimately shaping our identities and experiences.
